Dr. King, “The time is always right to do what is right.” It is never too late or too early to engage in peace-building. Community processes are consensual and never coercive. Facilitation is co-created and adapted to the needs of each individual and community. Whether you are seeking a mediation, healing circle, or coaching session, being in dialogue within a structured container provides opportunities for harmony.
Situations that are appropriate for restorative dialogues include disruptions related to-

Note: Referral sources and a team of practitioners are available to provide support as needed.

1) Reach out for an initial consultation. Receive a call back within 24 hrs.
2) Get guidance on next steps. Provide contact information for all involved individuals, and/ or receive a thoughtful referral when appropriate.
3) Identified participant(s) will be contacted in order to assess capacity for engagement.
4) One-on-one calls for all interested individuals will be completed on an on-going basis in order to understand and document their experience(s) of dynamics at play.
5) A meeting is scheduled once all intake calls have been completed and participants are prepared to engage.
6) Each session lasts 1-3 hrs. and could take place over Zoom or in person. Process guidelines and goals are shared as well as confidentiality waivers and written agreements when applicable.
7) Follow up calls are made a few weeks after the final session in order to assess follow through and offer additional support as necessary.

While each session lasts 1-3 hours, the time frame for each process varies depending on the number of sessions requested, how many people are involved, and how complex the power dynamics are.
A session for 2-3 participants typically takes 2-4 weeks, including thorough intakes, scheduling, and the meeting itself.
Facilitation of restorative practices for organizations and/ or institutions interested in culture shift can take 2-4 weeks, or 2-6 months depending on interest.
Personal coaching sessions typically take a week to schedule. Coaching is available as needed, with a suggestion of 1-3 sessions.

All services are offered on an hourly rate based on a sliding scale with respect to individuals’ and organizations’ access to resources. Financial viability will not be a deterrent to initiating a process.
Payment will be confirmed after each intake call and prior to each session. All individuals will be invoiced separately, with the exception of businesses. Payment options include cash, check, or Venmo.
